only1 major change, fromKDE network manager to Wicd, next and first real release will be 0.4.0 bumping it for the KDE version

Right now I am currently using Kernal-default 2.6.27.23-0.1.1. anyone think we should update? stay the same, Go with xen, kmp, or pae?

I am using 2.6.30 something pae and have had issues with the wireless i didn’t have before, so thats not an option yet, but what about anywhere between them or kmp? Thoughts? please comment.

This site is dedicated to making opensuse run on any Asus EEE PC, with drivers, and everything, fully functional. I will be using my Asus 1000HE eee Pc, and Suse Studio.com to make ISOs and IMGs for my EEE, which, if working, I will share with the world. Just getting started on SuSEEE or SusEEE, not sure which way I like it better, but I’ll decide that as i get this project moving. Hopefully, I can get a working image finished by the end of the week. Right now I just build .0.0.5.

Release Notes should get it’s own page, these are mostly my notes for preparing new images. Right now, the goal is to keep it under 700 megs, but that hasn’t done well so far, so The Goal will be to keep it under a gig (with a optional DVD version with a bunch more stuff) so that it can be used off almost any USB stick.

Cheers for now

Note-hosting right now is Iffy, i have a local freenas server I could host it on for a while, but it will probably be hosted via torrents, at least until I can get a host.
